  • Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper – 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Everest Chicken Masala – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Oil – 1 tsp

Step 1: Prepare Dough

Mix flour, milk, and salt in a bowl.
Add water slowly and make a soft dough.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Make Filling

Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilli. Cook for a few minutes.

Add carrot and salt. Cook well.
Now add paneer and mix gently.

Add vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, and masala.
Cook for 1 minute and let it cool.

Step 3: Shape Momos

Divide dough into small balls.
Roll them thin using a rolling pin.

Place 1 teaspoon filling in the center.
Fold and shape into momos (any shape you like).

Step 4: Steam

Heat water in a steamer.
Place momos inside and steam for 8–10 minutes.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
